Let’s Talk About Intention
Intention is the thing you plan to do or achieve. Your aim or purpose (Merriam Webster). In The Universe Has Your Back, Gabby Bernstein discusses the concept “Energy flows where intention goes”. It nicely captures the premise that if you intend to do something you put your energy there. And who doesn’t want to harness energy to achieve their aim or purpose?
Intention has been an underlying current for me over the last few years. And for me it started with my intention to break free from my unhappiness and discontent, grew to include an intent to be medication free and then the intention to choose safer beauty.
Ultimately, my intention was to create a life that I felt was Charmed in the ways that made me feel fulfilled. Joyful.
Intention is a key concept in benefiting from the Law of Attraction. Because it is way easier to attract and receive something if you have a clear intention of what you want to receive.
Put simply, if we are looking for the positive we will see more positive.
Is this a self-fulfilling prophecy? Perhaps. But who doesn’t like seeing more positive, feeling more happiness or experiencing more joy?

So how can you keep your intention front of mind?
