Why You Doubt Messages

I know you’ve done it.

Pulled the card, looked at the crystal, felt the nudge, but then doubted that what you interpret is right.

You’ve tried to connect to your spirit guides, but felt like it’s not real, or doubt that you’ve really understood the information.

Messages from your spirit guides shouldn’t feel like a guessing game or a confusing search through resource books.

Most people fail to hear or understand their guides, not because they don’t receive them, but because they’re caught up in trying to find other people’s interpretations or what Google told them it means.

If you want to stop second guessing yourself and clear up the static from the lines connecting you to your spirit guides, this episode is for you.

I’m going to teach you exactly why you question what you’ve heard or intuited so you can decode messages from your spirit guides easily and accurately.

Stop Chasing Definitions

I’m no different from you.

When I decided to get into healing my emotional and mental wellbeing using crystals, I built a really nice collection of books, gurus, and Google search tabs along the way.

I am not going to suggest that I don’t reference them because I do.

But the difference today from then is that I don’t defer my interpretation to those sources the way I thought I needed to in the beginning.

A large majority of the women who talk to me about what their biggest struggle is, say they need to know more knowledge, or they don’t know enough to work with their crystals and tarot.

And that’s what paralyzes them, and you, from getting and decoding the messages from your spirit guides.

The need to know definitively what the meaning or message is.

The desire to get it right.

You know, like you’re handing in that book report to the teacher, hoping to get that big red 100 on the top right corner.

But the only person who can do that is you.

Law of Probability Explained

I want to talk about the law of probability for a minute.

You’ve likely seen a bell graph, the kind that shows where most people or outcomes land.

The big, high hump in the middle represents the average while the thin edges on either side represent the outliers.

In university statistics class, I remember my professor telling us to simply delete those outliers in our data sets if they were messing up the results we wanted from our experiment.

We were taught to erase the exceptions to make the data look clean, and the hypothesis to fit.

Outliers Are Your Truth

This habit of erasure is exactly what I want you to avoid when communicating with your spirit guides.

Society, and probability, will tell you that most people interpret a sign or a symbol in one specific way.

But that average shouldn’t interfere with how you decode messages from your spirit guides

Your truth often lives in the very outliers that many of us were taught to ignore.

Spirit guides speak to us in a language that is meant for us, but we don’t recognize it because we’re measuring it against traditional language or accepted symbolism.

That’s a recipe for being confused or insecure in the messages.

Over time, you’ve conditioned yourself to play down the synchronicity or the nudges given.

Or you’ve blocked it all together.

At no time will your spirit guides override your free will.

So with that in mind, it may feel like their answers are sketchy or vague, but if you really lean into what they’re showing you, you’ll allow the most aligned outcome to be revealed.

Coin Signs Story

A friend of mine shared how she was able to discern that her deceased family member was communicating with her and I think it’s a great example here.

In life, this family member would use coins and money as a reward or treat; it became a cherished part of their relationship.

Following their passing, when she would ask for support or a sign from the spirit guide, she would then find coins or money in random and unlikely places at random, unlikely times relevant to what she was asking for support around.

She’d clear out the car only to find a $5 bill in the door when getting in the next time.

Little things like that allowed her to know she was receiving the loving support and guidance of her spirit guide, who she also happened to have known in physical form at one point in her life.

Selenite for Clear Connection

I am going to offer working with Selenite to find this clear sense of connection with your spirit guides.

It is no secret that we crave community and prioritize fitting in, but that drive to be accepted or not stand out creates a loud, collective noise that can block your ability to hear your spirit guides.

Selenite acts as a high frequency filter.

It helps to clear the data set of traditional expectations and mental clutter, allowing you to see past the average so you can spot your specific signal.

Outliers, because they are less frequent ,or more subtle, often get missed.

Selenite is structured in a way that helps you focus and heightens your divine connection and intuition, making random occurrences stand out as intentional messages rather than mere coincidences to be erased.

With selenite being associated with the Crown chakra, it also stimulates mental clarity.

This provides for a clear sense of connection, fine tuning the ability to clearly hear and understand the messages being sent.

Decode Messages Your Way

Your spirit guides are asking you to trust yourself, to know yourself, to understand how and what they are communicating.

To decode accurately, stop asking, “what does this mean for everyone else?” And start asking, “what does this mean for me?”

Look for the intersection between the sign you receive and your personal history.

That intersection is where your accuracy lives.

You can always ask for confirmation, or to provide a deadline for their response.

But at the end of the day, the only thing you need to decode messages from your spirit guides is you a little patience, and the courage to link meaning and message together.
